CN Blue held a successful surprise guerilla concert with their 1st mini album.
On 4th February, the boys were at Hong-ik University street area to perform their 1st mini album, Bluetory, for 30 minutes.The concert kicked off with their Japanese indie debut song, Now or Never which helped gather more than 400 people within minutes. They sang all songs of Bluetory and sang I'm a Loner one more time as an encore. Since they are experienced street indie band, their stage manners shined as they confidently grabbed hold of the audience's attention.
Afterward, the band expressed their thanks, 'Although it was a short 30minutes concert, it made us happy reminding us of the old times. We want to do more performances like this and hope you guys remember us too'.
This concert was organised from a cable show and more are to be expected as the show's concept is to have each member organise one all by themselves. This first one had been arranged by Lee Jong-hyun.

Wonder Girls have canceled their American tour, which was scheduled to take place at the end of the month.
The JYP Entertainment staff announced that further notice will be given later but as for now, the tour and album are delayed. Their album and tour are rescheduled for around April so the new member, Lim, will have some time to settle in.
At the moment, Lim is in China with the other members. They left on February 2nd to participate in advert promotions. Afterward, she will head to America with them.
Sun-mi remains in America to finish her career as a Wonder Girl.
She still has a few things on her schedule to handle and it looks like the POP-CON Concert on the 20th is going to be her last stage for the time being.

Park Myung-soo is about to set foot into another career.
He has recently decided to take under his wing Korean trot singer Kim Dan-ah. According to the agency, he will be lending a hand in her album.

Her debut group, MILK, was a popular idol group of 4 girls in SM Entertainment. After the 1st album, the singer concentrated on her studies with regular appearances in adverts and drama series. Since her SM Entertainment contract ended, she signed on with Chocolate Agency this year.
The agency's representative has announced that the singer's voice has depth and soul.
Perhaps this means an end to her idol genre music and an adventure into a new genre.
Therefore the plan is to have the star playing guitar as well as making appearances at club stages.
Her first solo album will have the support of fellow talented musicians but most importantly, the singer will compose, write the lyrics and even play the instruments to perfect it.

Typhoon has officially split after a 4 year long music career.
The trio made their debut back in 2006 with their first album, Troika, and were labeled the second Koyote as they had the same 2 boys and a girl format.
The female member, Solbi, gained more popularity after making appearances in Korean programs. Her popularity was at its peak during MBC 'sWe Got Married, when she and Andy of Shinhwa acted as a married couple.
Following the unfortunate news of the group's end, Solbi announced that she would like to return to the stage as Typhoon if there is a chance in the future.
On January 28th, Typhoon released a single album, Bye Typhoon, to make an official goodbye to the team. The agency has said the group will not make any stage performances and the song is only available through the music itself. This is because the song has been made especially for the loyal fans.

Tablo of Epik High is not only a talented Korean musician but also known as an elite, as he is a graduate of Stanford University.
As if people were looking for a new elite, Paul Baek made headlines in Korean portal sites even before his official debut. He studied psychology at Harvard University and during his studies, he released a single in 2007.
Despite his academic talent, he looked for agencies through the internet to make something out of his passion for music. His current agency recognised his talent, especially in black music and expression. They released a single in 2007 without revealing his educational background, and insisted the star to finish his studies at the university first. The singer has now graduated and is ready to start his music career.
Hist first mini album is to be released on February 11th and will contain 7 songs in total. Paul has written English lyrics for one of the songs. Furthermore, one of the top producers helped produce the album, making this an even hotter issue than it already was.

On the 29th, Younha's agency delivered good news about her improved condition.
The star is suffering from laryngitis but lately she is having less difficulty with her daily routine. She is able to talk and has healed quite a bit, although her throat is not in any condition to return to the stage yet.

SNSD's Oh! album is going to be reprinted due to the recently found fault on the print.
It has been pointed out that on the jacket album, only half of Hyo-yeon's face is shown. This is due to a faulty placement of the CD caused by a technical mistake.
Since some albums have already been produced, the rest are to be printed with the corrected version.
Their agency, SM Entertainment, has sincerely apologised to Hyo-yeon's fans and said that the team and girls would try harder to show a better stage.

Shoo of S.E.S spoke honestly about her pregnancy on the air.
On the 28th, during the SBS radio show Park So-hyun's Love Game, the idol announced that she is actually not 10 weeks pregnant.
Though she did not give the specific date, she revealed that the public would know it has been longer than that on her wedding day because of the size her stomach will be by then.
She gave some personal insight as well, telling about the baby dream her sister had. In the dream she saw an emerald coloured snake, which her sister hoped was a sign that she would be pregnant since she is married. However, the luck went instead to her younger sister, Shoo.
The first celebrity friend to hear about the news was Sea of S.E.S.
Coincidentally, the singer had called Shoo to ask for her appearance on the stage, which she politely refused with the explanation about the baby.
The happy star will be married in April with basketball player Lim Hyo-sung.

Happy news for Haha's fans as the singer returns to MBC Infinity Challenge as soon as he finishes his military service.
The program's PD, 'Kim Tae-ho, announced that he is planning to invite the singer back to the show after his release on March 10th. Thereafter the show will be led by 7 hosts.
Through the interview with My Daily, the PD commented on Haha's potential, noting he has a "modern touch" and "thinks like a PD." With his participation, the team will have more ideas and since this will be his returning stage, the team should get on perfectly.

On the 28th, JYP made an official announcement regarding Wonder Girls through their fan homepage.
Firstly, JYP asked the public to excuse the agency's late reply to the incident as the agency avoids talking to reduce miscommunication.
Most importantly, he explained that Lim has to fill the absence made by Sun-mi, as her departure decision has been rather sudden and affected other contracts. The clients were promised a 5 girl band, making Lim's presence an absolute necessity. Secondly, the 4 girls have agreed to introduce a new member as things can be tough with an absence. All the girls have agreed on this matter.
Furthermore, if Sun-mi wanted to return to Wonder Girls, it would not be a problem as the band could expand to 6 girls.

Quite a few girl idols seem to be injuring themselves lately and SNSD Yuri is no exception.
On the 27th, during the filming of an MBC program, she fell on the floor as she tried to fly a kite.
Her agency, SM Entertainment reported that it is only a minor injury which happened towards the end of the program. Fortunately, there is no damage to the bone or muscles.

The 2 talented musician couples, Drunken Tiger JK and T with Sean of Jinesean and wife, are collecting donations for Lou Gehrig's disease victims.
The team have set up an online charity on Korea's well-known portal site, Naver, and are asking netizens to lend a hand. So far, 3,098 people have donated, resulting in a total of 1,444,900 won.
Alongside the donation, they have shared their reasons and informations about the disease.
One of the reasons Tiger JK is supporting this charity is because he suffers from myelitis, which means that without medicine and care, his body fails to feel things. Lou Gehrig's disease is even worse as the sufferer can not even feel a sweat coming down their skin, a blowing wind nor a mosquito bite. Furthermore, the team understands how a disease like this could destroy a family due to its complications.
Sean also informed that only 1,500 Koreans have this disease, which is quite a small number, and therefore less help is provided for them.
The couples Happy Energy donation's goal is to build a hospice especially for people with Lou Gehrig's.

Bbaek-ga of Koyote has spoken out for the first time since his brain tumor removal surgery.
On the 26th, the Sports Hankook had an exclusive interview with the singer. He revealed that thanks to his monstrous recovery, he was well enough to remove 7 needles attached to him and walk around by himself. At the moment, he only hopes for no side effects from receiving transplants.
The singer sent his thanks to friends such as Park Ji-yoon and Kim Jong-min of Koyote who came by to support him.

It has been revealed that Park Myung-soo was the one to help Gil of Leessang straight after his car accident.
On the 25th, Gil's car was crushed at the program location for MBC Sunday Night's Eco House.
Park Myung-soo, the new host for the show, and the manager did everything they could to make sure the pair could receive the best help. He and the manager carried the injured pair soaked in blood to their own cars, since Gil's car was in an unusable state. Then the manager drove them down to the hospital and stayed until the singer's agency staff arrived.
Meanwhile, Park took part in the show without any managers, thereby checking everything by himself.

Following the unfortunate car accident, Gil of Leessang left words of thanks to his fans and friends through his Cyworld mini homepage.
The star also apologised to his program staff for his absence and described his condition and the accident.
His message is as follows:
"Hello everyone, it's Gil here. I am astonished to find so many people worrying about me. Come to think of it, the accident could have turned out worse so I think of it as a fortune within misfortune. I believe this is all God's will.
On Monday morning, I parked the car at a car park to change my clothes for MBC Sunday Night's Eco House when suddenly a truck crashed into the backseat. This led my car to crash into another car and it became a chain car accident.
When I opened my eyes, the truck had come right next to me. The side door's window had shattered and all the glass was sprayed over my face and body.
It was my first time to feel what it is like to be unconscious. If the truck had come any closer, something I don't even want to imagine would have happened.
Jung-in, who is preparing her first solo album, was not with us at the time but if she had been there, that seat was hers... I don't even want to think about it.
Once the news spread, so many family members and friends called me on the phone worried about me. I am embarrassed and thankful. Though in contrast to your concerns, I seem to be invincible. Furthermore, the wounds around my face and the back of my head have healed quickly; I'm expecting myself to be X-men's Wolverine. Kim Jae-dong, Gary, Haha and Kim Jin-pyo came and were relieved to see that I am well. They even regretted coming during their busy schedule.
Through this incident, I realised my friends' love and support.
MBC Infinity Challenge and Come To Play staff are will be visiting soon.
I asked the doctor for my release tomorrow but apparently I need an MRI and a few other tests done just in case. At the moment, it feels like I've really taken a beating but the doctor said it's natural to feel that way as my body begins to relax.
There was supposed to be a schedule on Wednesday and an Infinity Challenge shoot on Thursday. I apologise to the staff and fellow members. I know that the PD, Kim Tae-ho, prepared a lot for the shoot. I am terribly sorry.
