Steampunk metal band FATE GEAR will release the first of their best-of albums celebrating their tenth anniversary on December 10th.
BEST - Angelic Melodies will be available in two editions, both containing twelve tracks. Songs were selected with a focus on melody and exclusively clean vocals, sung variously by IBUKI, Gungire's NANA, Hime Hashimura, and Emille's Moonlight Serenade's Ibara.
The album includes a previously unreleased duet version of 2018's 7 years ago, featuring founding vocalist Nico alongside Maki Oyama, and a self-cover of Dancing in the Moonlight from 2021's The Sky Prison, performed by singer and model Akira Hatori.
In addition, the drum tracks on five songs have been re-recorded. Furthermore, the deluxe edition will also contain a live DVD featuring footage of six songs from FATE GEAR's set at E.E.F 2025, filmed at Kawasaki CLUB CITTA’ in February. These will include Force Of The Holy, which can be watched below.
