After a small break from the music scene the gymnasts of JYP came back with their latest mini-album, 2:00PM TIME FOR CHANGE, and followed the trend of the repeated chorus.
The single Again & Again came down as a splash, and the small previews that had been released kept the fans on their toes. And on the scheduled day, they did deliver. Again & Again is a song that is not only catchy but somewhat addictive and offers a dance routine that leaves you wanting more.
The song starts off with a soft electronic intro and then throws the listener into the chorus. Despite the fast beat in the background, the sound of the boys' voices makes it clear that this song is not a happy one. The soft voices filled with agony combined with the highly electronic melody draws attention to what they are saying, and every single member is clearly heard as they sing their parts.
The repeated chorus of “again and again” will stick in your brain and you'll inevitably be walking around singing it all day. A decent track that is pleasant to the ears and that doesn't get boring even on repeat.
All in all this is a very good single that marks 2PM as the music group to watch from now on. They have had somewhat mediocre popularity since their debut in September of 2008, but this single will surely shoot them into stardom.
