With their last single as COLOR, the four men of the R&B chorus group promise to be at the side of their loved one again. The two featured tracks on Long Distance can be treated as a sampler for their upcoming album WHITE~Lovers on canvas~, which was released a week later. The songs are winter themed ballads style that warm the heart with love.

As mentioned before, the title song Long Distance is a slow, emotional winter ballad, which deals with a long-distance relationship. Musically, the gentlemen bet on their typical schmaltzy vocals and the well-tried soft chords from piano and acoustic guitar to win over listeners. This time also, a soft electric guitar tune is featured in the ensemble. Track number two, White Story, can be described best as a friendly romantic winter song. Due to the fine interplay of shallow synthesizers, piano and harp, a very dreamy soundscape is set. Another feature of both songs are the lyrics; they were completely written by band leader TAKA. As is standard, instrumental versions of both tracks are included on the CD.

Thanks to COLOR, listeners can enjoy snuggling with a loved one on a winter night to perfect background music. Long Distance doesn't offer anything new, but it builds on what has worked before and will win the heart of any romantic.
