Singer IU is planning to debut in Japan on December 14th.
IU will release her first album under EMI Music Japan, which currently also manages the Japanese careers of SHINee and T-ara. Though the full tracklist has not yet been revealed, it is known that the track Nagging, which IU recorded with 2am’s Seulong, as well as the track Good Day will be included.
Unlike many Korean boy and girl groups going against Japanese bands, IU will be competing with solo singers such as Ayumi Hamasaki.
