Girls’ Generation's maxi-single The Boys will be released worldwide on December 20th.
The maxi-single will become available through Apple's iTunes store through Interscope Records. A statement from SM has revealed that US rapper Snoop Dogg has done the rap part for The Boys and rapper Lil' Play was featured in the remix version of the song.
Moreover, the band will release a special album on January 17th which will be available in both North and South America as well in Europe. The album will contain songs from SNSD's third album as well as Korean versions of songs for foreign fans.
