DSP Media, KARA and Rainbow’s agency, is planning to debut another girl group.
The agency informed that the new band will be composed of five teenagers: 18-year-old Hyein, 16-year-olds Shiyoon, Chaekyung and Somin, and 14-year-old Jaeun. The group will debut through the animated project "Pretty Rhythm, Dear My Future," which will be shown in Korea and Japan, and will show the process of how the new girl band was discovered and trained. The song used in the project will be their promotional track which the quintet will promote in July.
