KARA to Release New Record

Korean idol group KARA are planning to resume their Japanese activities with the release of a new record.

The upcoming maxi single will be entitled SPEED UP/Girls Power and will hit stores on March 21st. The release will be available in three versions: Type A, B and C. The first two will have a DVD with a music video, A with SPEED UP and B with Girl’s Power, while Type C will include a bonus track Step.

The band’s previous single Super Girl was released in November last year and achieved triple platinum in Japan.

Go Hara, Han Seung-yeon, Park Gyuri, Kang Ji-young and Jung Nicole are members of currently the most popular Korean female idol group in Japan.
