J.Tune Camp, MBLAQ’s agency, will soon debut a five-member girl group, Two X.
Two X is composed of Jiyu, Minjoo, Eun, Surin, and Eunyoung and will debut on August 20th. The group’s leader Jiyu is also the band’s main vocalist, and featured on Rain’s song You from his album Rainism. Member Eunyoung will be the group’s rapper, and was a back-up dancer for Rain, Big Bang, and 2NE1.
The group’s debut release will include songs produced by Duble Sidekick and Ichiro Suezawa. The name of the band stands for ‘Top With One X’ which expresses the desire of the band to be on top and multiply their success. Prior to their debut, Two X will feature in Mnet's M! Countdown on August 16th.
