BoA, DBSK, Kangta and Cheon Sang Ji Hee The Grace are set to make the transition from pop stars to musical stars. SM Entertainment has announced that they will start to produce stage musicals next year which will feature some of their top artists. Branching out into musicals seems to have been an aim of the company for sometime, as company owner Lee Soon Man has mentioned putting on musicals to show off talent before.
The musical Xanadu, which is a parody of the 80s movie starring Olivia Newton John, looks set to be their first project but, as yet, that has not been confirmed.
