Visual kei band DOG inThe PARALLEL WORLD ORCHESTRA will release a new best-of album on January 26th.
Titled EVOL&EFIL, the album is a concept release aiming to capture the band's current state through a mix of recent singles and tracks carefully selected from their past works. It is split into two discs each containing 16 tracks personally
selected by the band's members. The "EVOL" disc is said to feature love songs, while the "EFIL" disc is said to feature "life songs". All of the previously-released tracks have been remastered.
The album will also feature a new song titled Pandora that was written for this release.
The album will be available in two editions: a CD-only regular edition and a deluxe limited edition that adds two DVDs. The first DVD will contain music videos for four songs, including Pandora, and a video documenting the band's activities
in 2021. The second will feature digest live footage spanning DOG inThe PWO's career, from their formation in 2009 to 2021. The live videos were personally selected by the band members, and they also feature audio commentary from them.
