Korean megastar
PSY first announced his comeback in March during the One K Global Peace concert held in Manila.
On May 1st he took to microblogging platform Twitter and posted a picture with a caption stating his 8th album would be released on May 10th.
According to Korean news site
Naver PSY has filmed two music videos to accompany the album, one of which will be starring girl group
Apink's
Son Naeun and the other actor
Lee Byunghun.
On May 7th
PSY published the tracklist for the upcoming album, and as usual, the record will feature a wide range of well-known Korean musicians.
Broadcasting company SBS has also announced that
PSY will star in variety show Fantastic Duo 2 along with
IU who recently came out with an album of her own. The episode starring the two will be aired sometime in June.
