Shin Hyesung is the next in line to take part in Color Purple, a project focusing on collaborations between producers and artists. The aim is to focus more on the producers than the artists, producing songs that will satisify both fans and music critics. The first song of this project, Blue Moon, was performed by Seeya, Davich and Black Pearl and was well recieved by the public. Shin Hyesung's contribution to this project will be with the song Purple Rain, composed by Kim Do Hyun with lyrics by Choi Shin Won. It is a strong ballad of sadness and longing, with a string orchestral arrangement. Purple Rain will be available on all major music websites such as Cyworld, Melon and Dosirak from July 6 onwards.
Shin Hyesung is also busy preparing for his third album, which is due to be released at the end of August.
