In San Jose, California, FanimeCon, one of the largest anime conventions in California, will be holding its third MusicFest over Memorial Day weekend, May 25th to May 28th.

Ten bands will be performing including Crack 6 (solo/side project of PENICILLIN guitarist Chisato), energetic rock/hip-hop band ZZ who is returning to the States for the first time in roughly two years, female rock group MECHANiCAL PANDA (returning to California and the United States after a Pacific Media Expo debut last year), and pop singer and songwriter Mari Iijima.

Fans of ZZ had better make sure to get there early, however, as the group will only be performing on Thursday for pre- and early-registered attendees!

Additionally, a number of American Japanese-inspired bands will also perform.

For more information about the artists as well as attending, please see FanimeCon's MusicFest site.
