To BoA's and SM Entertainment's surprise her digital single Eat You Up has made it's way up to the iTunes and Amazon charts without promotion in the US. The single peaked on the daily charts at number 25 on iTunes and number 18 of the Amazon chart. Starting this week, the real promotion will start and she'll visit radio stations, TV programs and music stores. SM Entertainment has also announced that scenes from the Eat You Up MV directed by Cha Eun Taek will be shown on large screens in New York and Los Angeles. For three months, every two minutes between 7am and 10pm people on New York's Broadway and Los Angeles' Wilshire Boulevard will be able to see the video and other promotional clips.
Her first US album and a national tour are scheduled for early next year and the title track will not be Eat You Up, but a song called Look Who's Talking, that has been completed already.
