Rain to Appear in Court in Hawaii

Rain will appear in court in Hawaii for a week from March the 10th while a (US)$40million lawsuit against the entertainer is settled. Rain and his former company JYPE were sued by concert promoter Click Entertainment for cancelling the concert that was scheduled for June 2007. If he fails to appear in court on the date, there could be a warrant for his arrest.

Click also issued a complaint in Korea against Rain, JYPE and Star M Entertainment claiming that, "They are incapable of holding the concert, or intended to take money from us from the beginning". These charges were dropped in Korea due to a lack of evidence to support the deception claim.
