Mnet have yet another new show coming up - a reality show by the name of
Superstar K, similiar to reality/talent search shows such as the well known
American Idol. Pop queen
Lee Hyori, YG Entertainment founder and CEO
Yang Hyun Suk and singer
Lee Seung Chul will be the judges for
Superstar K. The winner will recieve 100,000,000 won (about $75,000 us), a one year contract with Mnet Media, and the opportunity to debut as a singer.
Auditions have already begun, and are being held in 8 major cities.
