Members of the boyband DBSK filed a lawsuit against their company.
On July 31st, Hero Jaejoong, Xiah Junsu, and Micky Yoochun from Dong Bang Shin Ki filed a legal lawsuit at the Seoul Central District Court against their current agency, SM Entertainment yesterday, in order to change the Exclusive Clause written on their contract with the entertainment agency. This legal action lead to a suspension of the contract for an undetermined period of time, and this time will be used to negotiate.
U-know Yunho and Max Changmin did not officially join the other members for the case. This sudden news are freaking fans out, becoming a hot topic from blogs to forums. News are also the most searched topics on Korean web information portals.
The band's schedule remained unchanged, as they attended the first a-nation concert today at Kumamoto and they are still scheduled to attend the SM TOWN LIVE'09 which will take place on August 16th.
Two days after the legal lawsuit was filed, many experts expressed their opinion regarding this matter, most notably Im SangHyuk, who is the Dong Bang Shin Ki members' lawyer. But fans all expected a reaction to come from the band itself. This statement will be released tomorrow, after a meeting scheduled today.
