Good or bad news for the fans of Dong Bang Shin Ki (also known as Tohoshinki in Japan.)

Dong Bang Shin Ki's three members, Micky (Yoochun), Hero (Jaejoong) & Xiah (Junsu)'s trial against their current agency, SM Entertainment is likely to finish by the end of September. On the 11th both sides provided opposing arguments and evidence so although it is unlikely for them to agree on a new deal none the less they are to receive the results soon. One of the SM Entertainment staff reported that they do not know what to expect just yet.
