YG explains the "reverse" promotion of Taeyang

The founder and producer of YG Entertainment detailed on the agency's official website the "reverse" strategy to promote the album of Big Bang member, Taeyang. He said the goal is to extend the activities of the singer as much as possible.

Taeyang released the digital single Where U At, of his first full album in October and will now promote Wedding Dress until the end of the year, but none of the songs are the album's title song.

"It has become harder for singers to promote their album tracks that are not title songs today. In addition, the complete records are posted online and people change their tastes quickly," said Yang Hyun-suk, the founder of YG Entertainment and also a producer and singer.

"Taeyang requested we promote his album to last as long as possible, so that is our focus today," said Yang. The producer explained that the agency decided to choose this "reverse" promotion, to promote the songs that are not the album's title track, exactly because of this situation.

Singer Taeyang was the first Big Bang member to launch a solo career, releasing the mini album HOT in May 2008. His album is scheduled for release early next year and you can check out the video for Wedding Dress below:
