SM Entertainment revealed its official statement about the disagreement with DBSK members, JaeJoong, YooChun and JunSu. The agency stated that, since the members haven’t replied until the established deadline, there are no possibilities of a comeback performance in Korea next year.
"The trio had declared to continue with the planned contract agenda before the trial and while the process was still running. But after the partial decision was taken, they said they wouldn’t participate in the concert scheduled for Nov. 21 in China, part of the Asian tour, decided since June 2008.”
The agency said then that they do not accept the idea of the 3 promoting as DBSK, as this would bring adverse effects on the company's own artists and concerts scheduled for China.
