Kara's first Japanese showcase was a success.
Kara held their first showcase in Japan, and it turned out to be a success.
On the 6th, hundreds of Japanese reporters and J POP staff gathered at the girls' official press conference. They had originally planned a one off showcase but it expanded to 2 shows in total as unexpected numbers of fans pre-booked the tickets for the first one.
The first showcase was held at Akasaka Blitz with around 4,000 fans ranging from teenage boys to men in their 40s. Even Japan's popular comedian, Gekidan Hitori, had announced that he is a fan and was excited to see the girls in person. The girls performed their popular hits such as Honey, Wanna and Pretty Girl.
They will return to Korea on the 8th to prepare for their mini album due to be released around the third week of February.
