Enigmatic rock act blank paper will release their second single High legacy on digital platforms worldwide on June 3rd, courtesy of JPU Records.
It comes four months on from their debut single enemy, which featured as the opening theme song of mecha anime series "AMAIM Warrior at the Borderline" (released domestically as "Kyokai Senki"), and as Muay Thai athlete Yoshinari Nadaka's entrance music.
Furthering blank paper's association with combat sports, High legacy has been chosen as the theme song for the 29th edition of New Japan Pro Wrestling's annual "Best of the Super Juniors" tournament, and as the ending theme for TV programme "World Pro Wrestling" throughout June and July.
Regarding this new release, blank paper’s vocalist C45P3R commented: “Nice to meet you all, we are blank paper. Our new single High legacy will be released on June 3. It's a very exciting fight song. Please listen to it!”
In addition, it has been announced blank paper will travel overseas this summer for a short tour of anime and J-culture conventions. They'll be performing at HYPER JAPAN in London on July 22nd and at OTAKUTHON in Montreal on August 5th. Further appearances are expected to be announced shortly.
