Dance-vocal group BE:FIRST released a new digital single on February 26th.
Their first digital offering of 2024, Set Sail is a preview of the group’s next CD single (the title of which has not been revealed just yet), which is scheduled for release on April 24th.
The song was envisioned as a collaboration with the “ONE PIECE CARD GAME”, and it’s said to offer a fusion of futuristic funk and rock, with an emotional melody and dynamic tempo. It was composed by producer UTA, Yohei from TinyVoice Production,
and BE:FIRST’s producer, rapper SKY-HI. BE:FIRST members SHUNTO and RYUHEI, who are both avid fans of the "ONE PIECE" manga, anime and card game, co-wrote the lyrics to Set Sail with SKY-HI.

Coupled with the song’s release, a special collaboration video was showcased on the “ONE PIECE CARD GAME”’s official YouTube channel. The video features the members of BE:FIRST performing the song and enjoying the game, as well as highlights
from the previous “ONE PIECE CARD GAME World Championship” and regional events.
